The one thing I wish they would offer is a support group meeting, the girls in the office are great at answer questions but I would like to meet and talk with people doing the diet, hearing what they do or what didnt work for them and maybe encouraging us from there point not from the girls in the office who answer these questions all day and maybe lack the empathy we need at that moment...this diet is tough at times I would live to meet with others who feel the same and encourage each other....just a thought
